This was not your usual teambuilding.

We decided to spend two days in the Swiss Alps, just the three of us – Raffa, Ipek, and me. Since we all live in Switzerland, it felt right to swap meeting rooms for mountain trails.

I wanted to show them my secret tent spot – a place I’ve returned to for years. Quiet, raw, with a view that makes you forget everything else.

We set up camp at 2000 meters. I froze through the night while they complained about being too hot in the other tent. Go figure.

Morning coffee on a small gas stove tasted like heaven. The sun came slow, the grass still wet.

Then came the pass. Snow, fog, no clear markings. At times we weren’t sure if we were even on the path. It felt like Mordor. But we made it.

By the time we got on the train back, we were half asleep, full-hearted, and proud.

Not every teambuilding needs sticky notes or slides. Sometimes, all you need is a mountain, a couple of good people, and a moka pot.
